Airtel is India’s largest telecom company, with a portfolio spanning connectivity, enterprise, entertainment, and business solutions. Their brand had grown bigger every year, and needed a streamlining for the digital medium that could work with the established offline identity.
I led the design strategy pitch and defined the subsequent directions of the various brand pillars. I also drafted the communication guidelines for use across web and social.
